Last updated: 4 October 2026
Who we are
DOM is operated by Dom Delta Market Intelligence (“DOM”, “we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact matt@domdelta.com.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use DOM, we may collect: your name and email address; authentication data (sign-in links, Google sign-in identifiers and session tokens); subscription and billing status; support and contact messages; preferences such as timezone and notification choices; device and browser information; IP address; security and access logs; and service-usage information. We do not request broker passwords, trading-account credentials or payment-card numbers. Card details are entered directly with our payment provider and never reach DOM’s servers.
How we use information and our lawful basis
- Providing your account, authentication, subscription and the service itself — performance of a contract.
- Billing, tax and accounting records — legal obligation and contract.
- Support and responding to your messages — contract and legitimate interests (running a responsive service).
- Security, fraud prevention, rate limiting and abuse detection — legitimate interests and legal obligation.
- Service operation, diagnostics and lawful product improvement — legitimate interests.
- Optional analytics (including session replay) — consent, which you give or refuse in and may withdraw at any time.
- Service emails such as sign-in links and account notices — contract. We do not send marketing email without consent.
Who processes data on our behalf
Providers that process data for us, under contract, to run DOM: Emergent (application hosting, database infrastructure and authentication services); Google (Google sign-in, only if you choose it); Resend (transactional email delivery); Stripe (subscription payments and billing portal); PostHog (optional analytics, only after consent). We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertisers.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, and we require providers to protect your data to the standard required by UK law.
How long we keep information
Account data is kept while your account is active and is deleted or anonymised after deletion, subject to legal retention duties. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and sessions after 7 days of inactivity. Billing records are retained for as long as UK tax and accounting law requires. Support messages and security logs are kept only for as long as needed to resolve your request, keep the service secure and meet our legal obligations.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed sign-in tokens, HTTP-only secure session cookies, access controls and rate limiting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security; we will notify you and the regulator where the law requires it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, request portability of data you provided, and withdraw consent at any time (for analytics, use ).
