Risk Disclosure
Important information about the risks of trading FX and futures and the nature of DOM’s information.
Last updated: 4 October 2026
Nature of the service
DOM publishes research-based market intelligence: statistical assessments of where a market could move, each with a defined destination, invalidation level and expiry. This information is provided for research and educational purposes only. It is not investment advice, a personal recommendation or an invitation to trade.
Trading involves risk
Trading foreign exchange and futures carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. Prices can move quickly and unpredictably, and you can lose some or all of the money you commit. Leveraged products can produce losses that exceed your initial outlay. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose.
No guarantee of outcomes
A forecast is a statement of statistical likelihood, not a prediction of what will happen. Any probability, destination or invalidation level can be wrong, and markets can move against a forecast at any time. Past outcomes recorded in DOM, whether reached or invalidated, do not guarantee future results.
Your responsibility
Any decision to trade, and the sizing, timing and management of any position, is yours alone. You should consider your objectives, experience and financial situation, and seek independent professional advice where appropriate. DOM accepts no responsibility for trading decisions made using its information.
Data and availability
Market data and forecasts may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or revised, and the service may be interrupted. Do not rely on DOM as your sole source of market information or as a trading signal.
DOM provides market analysis and research information. It is not financial advice. Trading involves risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results.
